What this site can answer
Questions about the visit itself — the ticket, the hours, the steps, the boat, the queue, the way there by bus or car — and about what a given listing includes. Most of it is already written: tickets, opening hours, how to get there, and all six tours with their own lists.
Bookings
A tour booked through a link here is a booking with GetYourGuide, and the confirmation email carries the route to their support for changes, cancellations and refunds; this site cannot amend a booking. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before is the platform’s stated policy on these listings.
The cave itself
Melissani and Drogarati are run by the Municipality of Sami. For anything only the operator can answer — whether the cave is open on a given winter morning, group visits, the priority and private products — the cave ticket offices are on +30 26740 22997 and +30 26740 23302, the municipality’s information office on +30 26740 23446, and the notices are on the municipality’s page (in Greek). There is no official cave website; this site is not it, and neither is any other.
